Charity funding of research in universities

AMRC members are committed to supporting medical and health research in universities.

Our member charities work with universities in different ways. Most fund research projects, some support people, and others invest in infrastructure.

The Charity Research Support Fund (CRSF) and its equivalents in the devolved nations underpin these vital charity-university partnerships.

Research funded by AMRC members is eligible for the CRSF (and devolved equivalents) if it is awarded through open competition. Information on eligibility can be found on the HESA website.
