The current costs of AMRC membership for Full members and Introductory members can be found below:

Full members

Your subscription fee for 2026-27 is based on an average of your charity's UK research expenditure over the preceding three financial years (ending in 2025), according to the table below.

Subscription fees are subject to increase with inflation each year. Nearly 90% of our income comes from member subscriptions. We maintain our independence by capping subscriptions so that no member contributes more than 25% of our income.

Introductory members

Your subscription fee for 2026-27 is based on an average of your charity's UK research expenditure over the preceding three financial years (ending in 2025), according to the table below. This represents a 20% discount on the Full member subscription rate.
