About the role

The Data and Insights Analyst helps us to demonstrate the research funding investment and impact of the medical research charity sector. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting on data as well as supporting member charities to demonstrate how the research they fund makes a difference. Working with colleagues, you will provide evidence of the impact of the work of our member charities and identify any gaps.

About you

Excellent data management and interpersonal skills are essential. You will have an eye for detail and be able to work methodically. You will need to be self-disciplined and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a busy environment with lots of challenges. Experience and understanding of the role of health and medical research charities and the biomedical research environment in the UK are desirable, but not essential. A demonstrable passion for health and medical research and/or the issues facing charities, will, however, be vital.

About AMRC

The Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC) is the membership organisation for charities funding medical and health research in the UK. We have over 150 member charities that fund all stages of research - from the most basic to clinical trials - in all areas of health and disease. Charities are driven by patient priorities and tackling areas of unmet need. Their work accelerates the delivery of innovative treatments to patients. We are proud of the vital role our members play in life sciences.
