Key findings
48 charities participated in the survey, representing 1/3 of AMRC membership.
7 additional charities noted that the survey was not applicable to them because they don’t employ any paid staff.
On average respondents completed the survey in 20 minutes.
29% of respondents were charity CEOs.
2/3 of participating charities were located in the Greater London region.
Participating charities were evenly distributed across a wide range of total charitable spend, ranging from less than £500,000 to more than £30,000,000 per year.
Charities represented a wide range of health areas, but the most common were cancer, neurological disorders, and child health.
