Lotte joined the AMRC at the end of 2018 to take up her role leading on the digital strategy. Her responsibilities include communicating with members to allow them to understand, engage with and leverage digital health technologies and industry, as well as acting as an advocate for members to key stakeholders including those from industry, governmental organisations and academia. She also coordinates the Digital Advisory Group.

Lotte studied Psychology and Linguistics at the University of Oxford, before working as a Product Manager for a company that develops and sells cognitive testing software for use on multiple platforms including iPads, laptops, mobile phones, wearable devices, and smart speakers. While Lotte managed the products aimed at the academic market, the role gave her a breadth of experience across multiple sectors including public healthcare, private healthcare, occupational health, digital health and pharmaceutical research.

While Lotte’s background is in technology in neuroscientific, psychological, psychiatric and neurological research, she has a passion for digital health and utilising technology to improve healthcare as a whole, something which she believes medical research charities should play a pivotal role in.
