Good research practice

Medical research charities expect the research they fund to be conducted to the highest levels of integrity, clarity and good management.

AMRC charities fund research, but rarely employ the researcher or act as sponsor of clinical studies. Research grants are made between the charity and the research institution, and charities expect that the researcher and their employers will work within the appropriate legal and ethical boundaries.
