Policies, Positions and Guidance

AMRC member charities fund medical and health research in a complex, constantly changing environment.  A major role of AMRC is to be alert to legislation, regulation and other developments which may affect medical research and the charity sector.  AMRC responds to UK government and EU consultations on policy and new legislation and monitors developments affecting the science base, both nationally and globally, which may impact on member charities.  Using a process of consultation with member charities, AMRC develops policy and issues position statements on a range of issues.

This section contains information on AMRC's policy activities and an index of all policy and position statements.
