AMRC derives over 80% of its income from member subscriptions. This income is key to the independence of AMRC as an umbrella body.
Member subscriptions are charged at a rate of 0.14025% of each member's annual expenditure on UK medical research.
There is a minimum subscription set at £335 and a maximim subscription capped at no more 25% of the Association's total general income.
The subscription year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
The subscription rate increases by the RPI each year.
