Women in Science Profiles

With the help of our member charities and the scientists they fund, we have gathered together a selection of profiles of women working in science. They have shared their thoughts on the challenges and successes of their careers, balancing family commitments with research, applying for funding, and their hopes for the future.

The profiles are split into three categories to reflect the different career stages of our scientists: 'PhD's and postdocs', 'Lecturers and readers' and 'Professors and directors'.

Thank you to all the women featured. If you are a woman working as a scientist and would like to contribute a profile or if you would just like to comment on this resource, please get in touch using the 'contact us' facility.
